Mary Poppins Festival @ Gatakers Artspace

In conjunction with the Mary Poppins Festival, enjoy live music, Artisan Markets and lots of supercalifragilisticexpialidocious activities at Gatakers Artspace!

Wander through Gatakers Laneway Artisan Markets and uncover unique handmade products by local makers. Then, step into the Boom Town Cardboard City in Gatakers Courtyard, where kids can let their imaginations soar by adding their own creative stamp to a magical world built entirely from recycled cardboard! 

Young festival-goers can also join in the Character Creativity fun, designing and decorating their very own Mary Poppins–themed cardboard accessories to wear in the festival parade as we attempt to break the world record for the largest gathering of Mary Poppins–themed characters! The day will be filled with atmosphere, including live entertainment by award-winning folk favourites The Humbuckin’ Pickups.
