Community Gigs are free outdoor concerts that take place all across the Fraser Coast. On Saturday 21 September we are bringing Tash & Tone and The Rhubarb Tarts to rock Boonooroo!

Boonooroo Recreation Grounds, Eckert Road

Saturday 21 September | 4-7pm

Enjoy an afternoon of live & local music with Tash & Tone and The Rhubarb Tarts.

  • BYO chairs or picnic blankets. 
  • Please note: this is an alcohol free event.
  • Please no dogs (except genuine assistance dogs).
  • No fire pits / drums or similar permitted at this event.

 

About the Artists:

Tash & Tones

Here's a couple of Hervey Bays finest young musicians combining their talents in an exciting duo. Tascha won last year's Hervey Bay Unplugged from 32 contestants and deservedly so with her powerful vocals and guitar prowess. Tony is an accomplished and versatile young musician & vocalist well known for his duo "The Boys". Individually they are great but together as Tasch & Tones they are awesome.

Rhubarb Tarts
Rhubarb Tarts are a collection of zany talented musicians and are one of the most popular bands on the Fraser Coast.  They never fail to deliver high energy chaos on stage.  Pure talent at it's best.

Community Gigs were previously known as 'Brolga Live @' and are presented by the Brolga Theatre and Fraser Coast Regional Council's Community Engagement Team.
