Join artist Ruth Cho for a linocut printmaking workshop as part of her current pop-up exhibition 'Creature Discomfort'.

Develop and print your own individual design onto a silk cut lino block for printing onto paper and textiles.

All participants to bring along their own natural fibre fabric for printing eg. Tote bags, t-shirts, tea-towels etc.

Limited selection of upcycled fabrics and tote bags will be available.

All inks and equipment will be provided.

Where: Gatakers Creative Space, Print Studio

When: There are 2 options - 

  • Saturday 15 June, 2024 or
  • Sunday 16 June, 2024

Time: 10am to 2pm (arrive at 9.30am)

Level: intermediate with some experience required in lino cutting 

Cost: $35

Enclosed shoes required.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

  • Gatakers Artspace cannot accept responsibility for any changes in personal circumstances. Missed workshops or change of mind are at your own expense.
  • If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop, the following will apply:
  • The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at any time at no charge;
  • If notice is received 2 or less days from the scheduled starting date, a refund will not be offered.
  • If a workshop is cancelled by Gatakers Artspace a full refund or a reschedule will be provided. Gatakers Artspace will endeavour to advise participants of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to workshop.
