Interactive activities for children and families to explore the decorative artform of the ‘grotesque’ through various hands-on and drawing activities, including creating a hybrid creature.

'The Castle of Tarragindi on Tour' has been developed to coincide with the Children's Art Centre exhibition 'Natalya Huhges:'The Castle of Tarraginidi' currently on display at The Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA).

About the Artist

Artist Natalya Hughes is an artist who lives and works in Brisbane, Australia. Natalya creaes paintings, textiles, sculptures and illustrations inspired by artists, designers and craft amkers froma wide range of times and cultures.
